First Baptist, a large church, utilizes a large staff that strives daily to “Do everything in love” (1Cor 16:14) as they serve the congregation and the community. To support our large church, each staff member, office administrator, church officer, director, pastor, executive pastor shoulder weighty responsibilities when caring for the needs of the First Baptist membership and the community. In the pages to follow you will become acquainted with the decision making body of First Baptist from the Senior Pastor to the General Staff.

Every staff member from the Senior Pastor to the general staff is dedicated, more than qualified and anointed by God to do His work in a corporate setting for the church’s administrative functions.
